These Terms govern access to and use of wearbareway.com. The Site is operated by COPIWIN trading as BAREWAY, Company No. 15850454, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ.
Acceptance
By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be waived.
Site Use
You may use the Site for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not misuse the Site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code or use content unlawfully.
Product, Price and Market Information
We make reasonable efforts to present products, prices, colours, sizes and availability accurately. The Site may adapt pricing, currency, language, payment methods and availability according to the customer’s market and the Shopify Markets configuration active for that destination.
The amount and currency confirmed at checkout govern the transaction. Market-based currency presentation may depend on Shopify Payments eligibility and supported currencies for the relevant destination.
Payments and Third-Party Services
The Site uses Shopify and may use Shopify Payments, digital wallets, local payment methods and other third-party services made available at checkout. Their own technical requirements, terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Unless otherwise stated, Site content, branding, design, text, graphics and product presentation are owned by or licensed to BAREWAY and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Availability and Liability
We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. Changes do not retroactively remove rights under an order already formed unless law permits and the customer agrees.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales to the extent permitted by law. Consumers in another country retain mandatory protections of the law applicable to them and any mandatory right to use a court or dispute mechanism available under local consumer law.
