Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when the order is accepted in accordance with applicable law. We may refuse or cancel before acceptance for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing error, stock unavailability or legal restrictions.
Products and Availability
Closing Sale and Final Clearance inventory is limited and may sell out without restock. An item in a cart is not reserved unless the Site expressly says otherwise.
Prices, Markets and Currency
BAREWAY may localise prices and checkout currency by customer market using Shopify Markets and Shopify Payments. The currency and amount confirmed at checkout are the transaction currency and amount for the order.
Where local currencies are supported and enabled, prices may be automatically converted from the store’s underlying pricing currency using Shopify’s applicable exchange-rate configuration and rounding rules. Where a local currency is unavailable, the applicable market base currency may be used instead.
Any shipping charge, tax or duty collected by us will be displayed before payment. Other import charges may be collected by a carrier or authority where permitted by law.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments and other payment methods made available at checkout. Availability of cards, wallets and local payment methods may vary by country, market, device and payment-provider eligibility.
Closing Sale Terms
Products identified as Closing Sale, Final Clearance or liquidation stock are sold on a limited-inventory basis. BAREWAY does not offer a voluntary exchange or return for preference, sizing or change of mind where the law allows a final-sale condition. A Closing Sale designation never overrides a mandatory withdrawal right, legal guarantee, faulty-goods remedy or other non-waivable consumer right.
EU / EEA Consumers
Where applicable, eligible distance purchases carry a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. New goods also benefit from applicable legal guarantees.
UK Consumers
UK distance-selling cancellation rights and statutory faulty-goods rights under applicable UK consumer law are preserved.
Delivery
Processing and delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy. BAREWAY currently offers free worldwide shipping to eligible destinations available at checkout. Mandatory rights regarding delay, loss or damage remain unaffected.
Defective or Incorrect Goods
If goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact contact@bareway.com. Depending on applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, statutory withdrawal rights, return costs, currency treatment and refund timing are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales to the extent permitted. Consumers retain mandatory protections and jurisdictional rights applicable in their country.
